We want you to be completely satisfied with your Ezy Hold purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Change of Mind Returns
We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of the date you received your order.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- All original components and packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Return freight costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
2. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we will cover all return freight costs and offer your choice of:
- A full replacement
- A store credit
- A full refund to your original payment method
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving a faulty or damaged item at info@ezyhold.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue.
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Email info@ezyhold.com.au with your order number and reason for return
- We will review your request and respond within 2 business days
- If approved, we will provide a return label (faulty/damaged) or return instructions (change of mind)
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or replacement will be processed
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the returned item. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time to appear in your account.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Items that have been installed, modified, or used
6. Business Orders (B2B)
For wholesale or bulk orders, return terms are as agreed at the time of purchase. Please refer to your invoice or contact us directly.
7. Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
