Balsamic Vinaigrette

Chicken, cabbage and dill salad

More than a coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 1 cup green cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1 cup red cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 handful dill leaves, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 3 spring onions, finely diced
  • 4 tbsp pomegranate seeds
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
  • Paul Newman’s Own Balsamic Dressing, to taste

Method

1
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss well. Dress with Paul Newman's Own Balsamic Dressing and serve. Serves 6
